What you will do

• Design a scalable marketing framework for Tier 1, 2, and 3 European markets.
• Oversee the localization and "transcreation" of marketing assets to ensure native-level nuance.
• Lead agile product launches and GTM execution based on data and localized product-market fit.
• Grow cross-border communities via targeted influencer partnerships on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and navigate varied regional regulatory environments.
• Develop local event strategies and strategic partnerships with brands and NGOs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a deep, pan-regional focus across Europe.
• 5+ years in Consumer Tech with deep knowledge of European user behavior and privacy trends.
• Absolute professional fluency in English.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and advocate for regional needs to a US-based HQ.
• Data-driven approach with a strong test-and-learn mentality.

Nice to have

• Ability to understand, speak, or review content in German and/or French.
