What you will do
- Manage sales activities in assigned regions to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans for distributors and key accounts.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities and international market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals with business partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Fluency in English and/or German.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian is required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- Experience with international markets or distributors.
- Knowledge of optics, thermal devices, or the hunting industry.
- Experience with e-commerce or online sales channels.
