Salary: €3,000–€4,000 per month

What you will do

  • Manage sales activities in assigned regions to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for distributors and key accounts.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and international market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with business partners.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English and/or German.
  • Proficiency in Lithuanian is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Experience with international markets or distributors.
  • Knowledge of optics, thermal devices, or the hunting industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce or online sales channels.
