Brand Partnerships Manager (Wellness Tech)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Vilnius office). Note: Requires schedule flexibility for calls between 17:00–20:00 EET due to US-based partners.

Salary: €2,800 – €4,500 gross/month + bonus

What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and close high-impact, strategic brand-to-brand deals.
• Manage and optimize existing high-profile collaborations to maximize mutual value.
• Coordinate end-to-end partnership campaigns with Social Media, App, Influencer, and Affiliate teams.
• Structure and build new revenue streams through product bundles, app integrations, and co-branded campaigns.
• Provide structured reporting on performance, tracking ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, business development, or a similar partnerships role.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a pipeline.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, growth channels, and the influencer/creator ecosystem.
• Experience with CRM/pipeline management (preferably Pipedrive).
• Strong presentation and pitching skills using tools like Canva or PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in wellness, health tech, DTC, SaaS, or lifestyle industries.
• Pre-existing network of relevant brands, agencies, or creators.
• Direct experience managing app/platform integrations or affiliate marketing programs.
