What you will do

• Manage patient check-in, registration, and check-out processes.
• Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
• Assist patients with MRI scan preparation, positioning, and safety screening.
• Maintain the MRI suite, including equipment cleanliness and supply restocking.
• Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality or MedSpa environments.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
