What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow technical projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of developers, architects, QA testers, and Business Analysts.
• Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, and release timelines across the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee system integration efforts between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs and MID Server connections.
• Support Agile delivery processes and collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in project management, technical delivery, or a related field.
• Current PMP certification.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations, integrations, or platform enhancements.
• Experience working within federal government agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other platform certifications.
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications.
• Knowledge of system integration concepts like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
