QA Engineer (Energy)

What you will do

• Prepare and review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and supporting QA documentation.
• Provide technical quality support and coordinate the QA/QC function for MEI disciplines.
• Liaise with welding engineers, project engineers, and 3rd party inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Advise on material certification, welding, and NDT requirements.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Maintain quality records within the company Business Management System (BMS).

Requirements

• Must hold CSWIP Level 3.1 Welding Inspector certification.
• Must hold PCN Level 2 (MPI/DPI) certification.
• Must hold a recognised Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001).
• Strong background in engineering and QA/QC within industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and pipe specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Radiograph Interpretation certification.
