Senior Quality Engineer

Location: Newquay, United Kingdom; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Lead and support operations and engineering teams in evaluating, trending, and reporting internal and external non-conformances.
• Identify improvement priorities and common causes to reduce internal non-conformances through internal and supplier process improvements.
• Develop and manage development plans for Quality Engineers within QA.
• Review the production environment for non-conformities and compliance improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate failure investigations and corrective and preventive actions, including effectiveness reviews.
• Analyse production inspection and QC test data to reduce rejects and external complaints while aligning inspections with customer needs.
