Salary: €42,000 gross per year (Belgium) or €33,200 gross per year (France)

What you will do

• Lead mandatory framework migrations for Solid 5 customers.
• Manage complex L2 technical escalations to provide redundancy for critical issues.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and data investigation using advanced SQL.
• Maintain expert-level oversight of Windows components and on-premise legacy installations.
• Resolve complex functional queries regarding transport driver wage calculations and regulations.
• Create detailed Jira tickets to escalate unresolved issues to the product development team.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Windows-based infrastructure management.
• Previous experience in L2 technical support for legacy, on-premise software.
• Proven understanding of transport industry wage calculations and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
