What you will do

• Advise on global platform laws, specifically the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Safety Act.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage Requests for Information and support regulatory investigations.
• Analyze legal and regulatory requirements for new products, services, and technologies.
• Develop global regulatory compliance and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Policy and Comms on draft legislation and communication strategies.

Requirements

• UK or EU legal qualification or foreign equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience practicing law.
• In-house experience counseling on safety, privacy, and platform-related matters.
• Deep understanding of the European digital regulatory landscape and privacy law.
• Excellent legal judgement and ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
