What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for newly onboarded and existing corporate customers and agencies.
• Execute and optimize paid search, display, native, and CTV campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Drive budget upsells and ROI-aligned optimization opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on Microsoft Advertising features and business goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal partners to resolve escalations and blockers.
• Maintain operational excellence in client transitions and book-of-business updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Online Media.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC) and lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling ability.
• Willingness to travel

• Microsoft Ads Certification.
• Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
