TL;DR

Ecommerce Executive (Ecommerce/Digital Trading): Managing and optimizing onsite content campaigns and digital merchandising for the website and app with an accent on conversion rate optimization and data-driven trading. Focus on improving product discoverability, executing merchandising strategies, and analyzing customer behavior to drive AOV and traffic.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or able to attend the Head Office in Greater Manchester (Rochdale), UK

What you will do

  • Update and maintain campaign content, web categories, and landing pages based on trading priorities.
  • Monitor on-site search performance and customer behaviour to propose UX improvements.
  • Execute online merchandising strategies to maximise conversion and average order value (AOV).
  • Conduct regular website health checks to identify and resolve UX barriers and platform issues.
  • Produce weekly trade reports and conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce and customer journey optimization.
  • Ability to proactively prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with UX, Digital Delivery, and Marketing teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion or fast-paced retail.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel for detailed data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and onsite merchandising best practices.
