Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
• Develop high-scale streaming solutions using Kafka and Flink.
• Design schemas, optimize queries, and model data across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Build and maintain shared libraries, reusable components, and common infrastructure packages.
• Integrate LLMs into applications through APIs or SDKs and implement modern AI application patterns.
• Use AI-powered development tools while verifying code quality, security, and architectural integrity.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong backend orientation.
• Strong Java experience and expertise in scalable APIs, distributed systems, microservices, Kafka, and Flink.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience integrating GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models through APIs or SDKs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and single-page application architectures.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Performance optimization and profiling experience.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and backend security practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and sharing technical best practices.
