What you will do
- Write and maintain content using a docs-as-code workflow with Git, Markdown, and MDX.
- Migrate existing help center articles into version-controlled repositories with peer review.
- Create clear and accurate user guides, help center articles, and UI copy for moderately complex features.
- Utilize approved AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while ensuring high editorial quality.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to gather requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Manage the full content lifecycle and use dashboards to track and report on content performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical writing.
- Fluency in Git and Markdown/MDX within a docs-as-code workflow.
- Strong editorial eye for self-editing and conducting peer reviews.
- Ability to independently learn and explain moderately complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of accessibility and global localization best practices.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
