What you will do

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, guides, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather and synthesize technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
• Standardize and proofread documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
• Organize and structure documentation for maximum usability and accessibility.
• Utilize content management software to manage documentation repositories and version control.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland.
• Three years of related experience in technical writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of programming languages or software development processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools to assist with content generation.
