What you will do

• Manage all content needs for assigned product areas, owning the documentation lifecycle.
• Write help center articles, including conceptual guidance, technical procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to develop clear and concise microcopy.
• Create in-app user assistance, such as walk-throughs and sidebar content, to improve user onboarding.
• Define and maintain the technical writing team's style guide and shared assets.
• Monitor internal and external feedback channels to define content priorities and address customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing help center content and microcopy.
• English: Native/Mother-tongue level (C2) required.
• Proficiency in technical writing best practices to break down complex technical concepts.
• Strong self-direction and ability to prioritize tasks with input from various stakeholders.
• A detective mindset with the ability to question assumptions and test product features independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or identity security domains.
• Technical educational background.
• Experience documenting both SaaS and on-premise software.
