What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey post-sale to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise stakeholders, guiding them through AI-driven transformation.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities by developing growth plans across new use cases and initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time implementations and successful go-lives.
- Translate product data and capabilities into clear business impact through reporting and executive storytelling.
- Align technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of driving strategic value and supporting digital transformation in complex organizations.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a focus on execution and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Technical curiosity regarding AI, automation, and customer experience.
