What you will do
- Define and drive the technical vision for enterprise-scale AI, data, application, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Design and oversee AI-native architectures, including LLM-powered solutions, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, cloud platforms, and integration layers.
- Review designs, prototype critical components, and support engineering teams in delivering production-grade solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire senior engineers, architects, and technical leads while strengthening engineering excellence.
- Partner with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive AI thought leadership, engineering standards, knowledge sharing, community building, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise software engineering, platform engineering, or AI engineering initiatives.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic architectures, and production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering background with Java, Python, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI tools and support responsible, effective organizational adoption of AI.
