What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the team's work, including sprint planning, prioritization, and task distribution.
• Participate in designing and reviewing architectural solutions for the desktop platform.
• Own infrastructure-related tasks, including build processes, containerization, and update delivery.
• Coordinate the development of new features and facilitate collaboration within the team.
• Ensure release quality and maintain the overall technical health of the application.

Requirements

• Experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Electron.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cross-platform build processes.
• Knowledge of desktop application development specifics on Windows and/or macOS.
