What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver secure, performant, and well-tested features.
• Collaborate with product management and design to define and execute the product and technology roadmap.
• Guide the team in solving complex technical challenges and maintaining high standards for code quality and architecture.
• Advocate for improvements in product quality, security, and performance across the platform.
• Foster a diverse, transparent, and collaborative team culture that encourages experimentation and high performance.
• Balance hands-on technical contribution with strategic leadership and delegation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced, global environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Solid background in cloud-native environments (AWS serverless preferred), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in design patterns and architectural documentation (C4 Model, ADRs).
• Experience building developer tools such as CLIs, SDKs, and developer portals.
• Commitment to privacy by design, security, and clean architecture principles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rust, Dart, or Go.
