What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and define business processes and requirements by working closely with multiple stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the product backlog.
• Communicate plans, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a precise and timely manner.
• Support users during deployments and implementation activities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in an international setup.
• Proficiency in SQL and Databricks (at least basic level).
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with AI/ML recommendation algorithms and the ability to leverage LLMs and agents to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG Retail Sales.
