What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management frameworks.
• Identify initiatives that improve customer experience and product growth.
• Gather requirements and create PRDs, user stories, UI/UX flows, and wireframes.
• Define A/B tests, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate development and engineering work.
• Own feature performance after release by running tests and optimizing business results.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, BI, and BA teams to ensure efficient implementation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English in written and spoken form.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborative team-player mindset and enthusiasm for working with multiple teams.
