What you will do

• Translate company vision into a cohesive product strategy to drive revenue, conversion, and retention.
• Manage the product portfolio, deciding on resource investment, feature launches, and product sunsetting.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15 product managers, artists, and game designers across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with the CEO, VP Engineering, and VP Data to balance speed-to-market with technical debt.
• Define and track North Star metrics such as LTV, CAC payback, and player retention.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure effective product positioning and scaling.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the gaming industry and mobile apps.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling platform-level products in the gaming or entertainment sector.
• Experience leading teams of ~15 people, including managing other managers.
• Deep expertise in monetization strategies, matchmaking, social features, and live operations.
• Strong technical acumen and a data-driven mindset for analyzing KPIs and player behavior.
• Experience working in fast-growing startups or founder-led environments.
