What you will do

• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to drive product growth and customer experience.
• Gather and analyze requirements to create detailed PRDs, UI/UX flows, and wireframes.
• Define and execute A/B tests and user stories, prioritizing backlogs for engineering teams.
• Own the post-release success of features by optimizing performance and business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Design, and BI/BA for efficient implementation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• English: C1 proficiency (exceptional written and oral communication) required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and influence teammates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
