What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer-facing social and engagement capabilities.
• Define and deliver interactive features across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms.
• Partner with UX and engineering teams to ensure intuitive, scalable, and robust implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Architect reusable product components, APIs, and configuration logic to support long-term extensibility.
• Act as a key connector between product, design, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2C consumer technology or social products.
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing features requiring backend coordination and multi-platform delivery.
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, data structures, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Systems-thinking mindset with experience designing products that scale across different contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with agile product development methodologies.

• Familiarity with gamification concepts including personalisation, rewards, and engagement loops.
• Experience within sports, streaming, media, or entertainment technology.
