Talent Coordinator (VFX)

Talent Coordinator (VFX): Providing administrative support to the Talent Manager for Production, Editorial, and Art departments with an accent on crewing, capacity management, and artist support. Focus on coordinating departmental meetings, managing probation and annual reviews, and maintaining capacity databases in a high-pressure environment.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must have the legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available. Minimum of 2 days on-site per week required.

What you will do

• Update and maintain crewing and capacity spreadsheets and databases.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular departmental meetings, including agenda preparation and note dissemination.
• Partner with the Talent Manager to collate feedback and coordinate probation and annual reviews.
• Assist CG artists with daily needs, inquiries, and absences.
• Identify and communicate upcoming show opportunities for artists in collaboration with management.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced administrative role within VFX or Games Production preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of seniority.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and calmness in high-pressure environments.
• Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
