What you will do

• Oversee traditional media planning and buying for Boots and TUI accounts.
• Develop and execute investment strategies that meet evolving client needs and growth plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of buyers and planners, ensuring clear KPIs and career development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
• Ensure all media buying aligns with the overall communication approach and delivers measurable results.
• Drive commercial growth and value savings for clients while meeting trading commitments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of media buying experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage financial best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and manage teams upwards and downwards.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Data and content literate with the ability to simplify complex information.
