What you will do
- Lead multi-channel paid media strategies across Meta, Paid Search, and other digital channels.
- Translate CAC, LTV, and profitability data into scalable growth plans for clients.
- Act as the senior strategic contact for high-value clients, leading performance reviews and planning.
- Mentor and develop Paid Media Managers and Executives to elevate the team's overall capability.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and performance storytelling to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns.
- Must be based in the UK or EU.
- Proven track record of working with ecommerce or premium consumer brands.
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, Paid Search, attribution, and incrementality measurement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior-level client interaction.
