What you will do

• Lead multi-channel paid media strategies across Meta, Paid Search, and other digital channels.
• Translate CAC, LTV, and profitability data into scalable growth plans for clients.
• Act as the senior strategic contact for high-value clients, leading performance reviews and planning.
• Mentor and develop Paid Media Managers and Executives to elevate the team's overall capability.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting and performance storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns.
• Must be based in the UK or EU.
• Proven track record of working with ecommerce or premium consumer brands.
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, Paid Search, attribution, and incrementality measurement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior-level client interaction.
