What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners to ensure their success and growth on the platform.
  • Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms and introduce new products like hirify.global+ and hirify.global Drive.
  • Provide expert consultation to partners on quality checks and creative strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze partner performance using business intelligence tools to prioritize high-impact actions.
  • Gather partner feedback and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams for service improvements.
  • Drive overall revenue growth using a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in account management with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Strong analytical judgment and proficiency with dashboards such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English.
  • Must be based in Latvia to drive revenue development in the local market.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
