What you will do

  • Communicate with partners: provide support, answer inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and assist with product updates and promotions.
  • Monitor partner activity and use data on betting volumes, game engagement, and user behavior to propose personalized solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing partners and drive additional revenue.
  • Develop and implement tailored promotional campaigns to increase GGR, retention, and partner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as the key point of contact for partner interests and ensure smooth execution.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and pitch upcoming releases to secure prime positioning in casino lobbies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Manager experience in iGaming or gambling (casino games provider experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market and industry trends.
  • Experience analyzing data to make decisions and suggest improvements; BI tools familiarity is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Fluent Russian and excellent English.
  • Availability to travel for business trips and industry events as needed.
