What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of merchants as the primary point of contact from the company side.
• Lead onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth integration into company processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve operational or business-related requests.
• Collect and structure client feedback for internal teams to improve service quality.
• Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments for the timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of merchant onboarding and client support processes.
• Experience working with B2B clients and managing long-term partnerships.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Languages: English and Russian required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Riga, Latvia.
