What you will do

• Coach and train new and existing customers to maximize the value derived from ResTech platforms.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal stakeholder groups, primarily collaborating with the Product team.
• Support commercial growth by identifying and pursuing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics and trends to provide data-backed guidance and storytelling for clients.
• Triage and resolve inbound escalations in coordination with the Support team to eliminate customer blockers.

Requirements

• Relevant customer-facing experience managing multiple complex workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in internal and external relationship management and quantitative data analysis.
• Ability to present complex technical and non-technical ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving client business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional language.
• Experience within the Market Research or ResTech industry.
