What you will do

• Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments within authority and company guidelines.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to brokers via phone, email, and Acturis.
• Prioritize renewal activity to meet deadlines and support business retention.
• Proactively follow up on renewals to identify and capture upsell opportunities.
• Monitor broker activity and share actionable insights with the Team Leader.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with technical teams in Leeds.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Previous insurance experience with sound underwriting or technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in dealing with brokers.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and sound numerical ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Willingness to study for CII qualifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Acturis software.
• Prior experience in professional, management risk, or charity lines of business.
