What you will do
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical support via email, telephone, and live-chat to global customers.
- Resolve escalated support incidents from customers and partners.
- Replicate customer configurations to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical errors.
- Manage and progress simultaneous high-profile and high-priority technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise and certifications in selected product portfolios.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and related network protocols and topologies.
- Experience in administration, installation, and troubleshooting of Windows or Linux-based devices and networks.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
- Ability to commit to rapid skill development and vendor certifications.
