Senior Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely and accurate customer support.
• Build and develop a new technical support practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and resolve customer challenges.

• Maintain high service-quality standards and continuously improve support effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in network, security, or SaaS support.
• Proficiency with Active Directory/GPO, Windows, Linux, and PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and network security skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
