What you will do

  • Define and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget for the DACH region, aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive pipeline generation, funnel management, and revenue impact across new customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of four marketers.
  • Oversee the localization and execution of global demand generation initiatives and conceptualize region-specific campaigns.
  • Strengthen brand recognition across DACH through SEO, GEO targeting, and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to define target accounts and optimize lead handover processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software/SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, campaign management, and multi-channel digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Power BI.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Must be based in Germany.
