What you will do
- Manage end-to-end preauthorisation requests and verify eligibility against policy terms.
- Coordinate between members, healthcare providers, and internal Medical and Claims teams.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital portals.
- Monitor treatment plans and costs, providing regular updates on ongoing cases.
- Maintain precise records in the claims system and prioritize workload to meet service standards.
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
- Proven organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience in customer service, insurance, healthcare, or claims (desirable).
- Additional language skills in German or Spanish (desirable).
