What you will do
- Onboard new patients and proactively resolve support tickets via platform messaging and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with internal care teams and operational partners to ensure timely order delivery.
- Monitor patient sentiment to identify pain points, escalate bugs, and drive continual product improvement.
- Build, implement, and maintain process documentation.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks to support the rapid scaling of the German market.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Fluent German and English (minimum B2) speaking and writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a naturally empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with computers; experience with Zendesk and Google Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
- Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.
