What you will do

  • Onboard new patients and proactively resolve support tickets via platform messaging and outbound calls.
  • Collaborate with internal care teams and operational partners to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Monitor patient sentiment to identify pain points, escalate bugs, and drive continual product improvement.
  • Build, implement, and maintain process documentation.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks to support the rapid scaling of the German market.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent German and English (minimum B2) speaking and writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a naturally empathetic tone.
  • Proficiency with computers; experience with Zendesk and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
  • Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.
