What you will do

• Process inbound calls, faxes, and web requests to initiate the authorization process.
• Document demographic and clinical information within the care management system.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups for discharge and updated clinical data.
• Screen inquiries to determine the specific services requiring certification.
• Collaborate with internal clinical staff and external partners to complete reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to URAC, HIPAA, and internal productivity metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume call centers or customer support environments.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.
• Must be based in the United States.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Strong problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical, claims, or collection call centers.
• Medical Terminology Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
