What you will do

• Drive the growth and adoption of the Bluebeam Academic Program across DACH, France, and EU regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, educators, and academic stakeholders.
• Represent the company at academic and industry events, providing expert product demonstrations.
• Lead regional communication strategies across webpages, email, and social media tailored to cultural contexts.
• Manage academic licensing operations, including onboarding and support for students and faculty.
• Analyze and report program data to measure effectiveness and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Marketing and/or Communications.
• Full fluency in German and English is required.
• Knowledge of DACH academic systems, trends, and integration of software into education.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Knowledge of French or other EU academic regions.
• Background or familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
