What you will do
- Build and lead a global GtM Enablement organization supporting all Business Units.
- Standardize global go-to-market processes, tools, and messaging frameworks.
- Drive distribution engagement through targeted training, technical resources, and marketing programs.
- Provide strategic direction for customer design-in tools and technical documentation.
- Oversee corporate marketing communications, digital presence, and industry event strategy.
- Lead the Business Analytics function to track KPIs, revenue conversion, and market trends.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor marketing, applications engineering, or GtM leadership.
- Deep technical knowledge of power conversion architectures such as AC-DC, flyback, and motor drives.
- Proven track record in building global enablement infrastructure and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing commercial dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, Tier 1 customers, or global distribution channels.
