What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven paid media strategies across the full marketing funnel.
- Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, strategic bidding, and advanced data analysis.
- Monitor trends and provide actionable insights to clients through comprehensive performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and budget management.
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to measure and improve ROI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Deep understanding of paid search, social, and display advertising best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
