Location: Paris, France (Hybrid - at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do
- Own and execute the local marketing strategy in France to drive growth for Rides.
- Plan and deliver social-first campaigns to generate engagement and earned attention.
- Lead local social media execution and collaborate with creators and influencers.
- Identify and activate scalable local partnerships to support acquisition.
- Support vertical-led initiatives including venue and car branding and airport activations.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights (CAC, CPA, CTR, LTV).
Requirements
- Experience in marketing for app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of leading small, high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of brand, social, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing against growth metrics.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to use AI tools daily to optimize workflows.
