What you will do

• Define and drive global portfolio strategy, shaping product roadmaps and lifecycle plans for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Commercial Operations to optimize pricing strategies, forecasting, and supply for chemical consumables.
• Lead international product launches and work with regional teams to ensure excellence and performance tracking.
• Enable global sales teams and distributors with technical expertise and "reason-to-buy" messaging.
• Act as a trusted expert in high-value hospital tenders, supporting complex technical discussions.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights to influence product development and value propositions.

Requirements

• Experience in product management within healthcare chemistry, infection prevention, or medical consumables.
• Exposure to CSSD/SPD environments and an understanding of hospital workflows.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders, from R&D to Sales Directors.
• Pragmatic, operational mindset with experience in pricing, SKU management, and margin optimization.
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.
