AI Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and scale AI-powered workflows across the company to drive operational efficiency and growth.
• Identify repetitive manual processes across all departments and translate them into scalable AI-driven workflows.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to run process workshops and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Evaluate, implement, and improve modern AI and automation tooling while ensuring security and compliance standards.
• Design and orchestrate automations across APIs, LLMs, and internal systems for speed and reliability.
• Drive projects end-to-end from initial process mapping to rollout and iterative optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with automation tools, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
• Hands-on proficiency with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven track record of driving automation or AI initiatives within operational teams.
• Strong project management skills and end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and basic architecture.
