What you will do

• Design and implement agentic workflows powered by LLMs, optimizing for reliability and real-world applicability.
• Build intelligent agents capable of interacting with external APIs, structured data, and dynamic environments.
• Develop voice-enabled AI systems, including transcription pipelines and dialogue management.
• Implement memory, retrieval systems, and state management for persistent, context-aware behavior.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate performance, correctness, and hallucination rates.
• Translate high-level product requirements into scalable, testable AI features.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of agentic systems, including tool use, reasoning, and memory architectures.
• Experience building systems that interact with APIs, databases, and external environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience deploying systems into production.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with voice systems, conversational AI, or multimodal AI.
