AI Enablement Engineer

What you will do

• Analyze EPD workflows to identify and eliminate friction through AI tooling and automation.
• Build and organize internal and external knowledge bases for human and AI agent consumption.
• Refine AI agent performance through prompt design and retrieval quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure documentation is discoverable.
• Create engaging learning resources that translate complex technical concepts for teams and customers.
• Implement feedback loops and data-driven testing to continuously improve knowledge flows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Enablement, or Training roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English (C1+) with exceptional technical writing and communication skills.
• AI-native mindset with familiarity in prompting, RAG, and agent workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, automation, and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency with Notion or similar CMS/wiki tools.
