Focus on prototyping AI workflows, implementing evals and guardrails, and scaling AI capabilities across Operations, Finance, and Product teams.

What you will do

• Partner with teams across Operations, People, Finance, Sales, and Product to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Prototype, build, and ship internal AI tools and integrations from ideation to production rollout.
• Lead company-wide AI enablement through office hours, internal workshops, and written guides.
• Develop reusable building blocks including prompts, evals, agent scaffolds, and internal APIs.
• Integrate AI models into existing systems and inform overall AI infrastructure and platform decisions.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience with a track record of owning projects from idea to production.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-based applications in production, including knowledge of prompting, evals, retrieval, and agents.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders from finance to engineering.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating high-quality documentation.
• Pragmatic approach to development, focusing on shipping the smallest useful thing first and iterating based on user feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML libraries and APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Huggingface, scikit-learn, pandas, NLTK, or OpenCV.
• Proficiency in API development using Flask, FastAPI, or Node.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code workflow engines like n8n, Temporal, Retool Workflows, or Zapier.
• Experience building internal developer tooling or shared services.
