Location: Hybrid (Bristol, Halifax, or Leeds). Must spend at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of the office sites.

Salary: £61,344 – £68,160

What you will do

• Plan, deliver, and embed people-centred change across the Homes Commercial function.
• Assess the impact of commercial changes on people, processes, customers, and operations.
• Identify risks to readiness and adoption early to ensure improved business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Commercial, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Develop and deliver clear, audience-specific change communications for operational and intermediary-facing teams.
• Monitor adoption through feedback and ensure a sustainable transition into BAU.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting or managing change within a commercial, operational, or customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong organisational planning skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from Bristol, Halifax, or Leeds.

Nice to have

• Experience within mortgages, banking, or financial services.
• Understanding of regulated environments and customer impact considerations.
• Exposure to structured change approaches such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience supporting changes to propositions, pricing, or customer journeys.
