What you will do

• Serve as the primary intake contact for daily requests across marketing and digital functions.
• Validate project scope, clarify requirements, and ensure briefs meet quality standards before assignment.
• Prioritize and route work to execution teams while balancing capacity and complexity.
• Maintain accurate records in Jira to provide visibility and support operational decision-making.
• Identify process optimizations and template gaps to reinforce standards across markets.
• Perform limited execution tasks when necessary to support core coordination responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design.
• Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations or project coordination.
• Business-level English reading and writing proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
