What you will do

  • Build and execute a territory plan to drive pipeline generation and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Security, IT, Digital, and Risk teams within government and regulated organizations.
  • Position identity governance, privileged access, and AI-era security as strategic business outcomes.
  • Lead complex negotiations, account planning, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Professional Services to progress strategic opportunities.
  • Create compelling business cases and executive-ready materials to support large-scale digital modernization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex Public Sector, enterprise SaaS, or cyber security solutions.
  • Proven track record of winning net-new logos and managing strategic government accounts.
  • Deep understanding of workforce identity, access management, and enterprise technology buying cycles.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to articulate identity's role in secure AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
